DANA HARPER
Harmonious, powerful, and compelling are just a few words used to describe Dana Harper’s
sound, along with her energy. This Dallas native is equipped with brains and a rich tone that will captivate you and leave you wanting more. Her originality, and hints of nostalgia in her lyrics and sound, are breathtaking. Simply put, Dana is a force of nature.

Recognized as early as 10 years old for her strong vocals, music has been her fate from the very beginning. All throughout her school career, she positioned herself to be a musical phenom, attending institutes that would suit her with the right tools for her future extensive music career. During the summer of 2009 before moving to New York City to study Musical Theater at Pace University Dana recorded her
first album, Be Alive.
Dana’s voice has received a great amount of attention during her career. From performing the
National Anthem at numerous NBA games, to winning the Wild Out Wednesday segment on BET’s 106 & Park, and even gracing one of her dream stages at The Apollo Theater.

With a resume many artists would only dream of, Harper only plans to increase. Most recently
you may have had the pleasure of watching Dana in the Top 20 on NBC's hit reality TV show "The Voice" as a member of Blake Shelton's Team.

Amidst many accolades and accomplishments Dana has been no stranger to the difficulties of
the music industry. Even auditioning for The Voice 3 times before landing a spot on the show with her 4th attempt. However, Dana’s love and passion for music continue to fuel her dedication to her craft! It is rare to find such an empowering young songbird (especially in this day and age), but Dana Harper is truly the essence thereof.
